Hey Class of 2013!
It's almost that time of year again; class of 2012 will be graduating shortly and we will have a new class of seniors! And that means, it's almost summer!
I am excited to announce that MelRae Photography & Designs is now seeking high school senior representatives for the class of 2013!
What is a Senior Rep?
Senior Reps for MelRae Photography & Designs are exclusive spokespersons (awesome marketing reps) for me. It begins from the time of your portrait session lasting throughout your senior year.
All you have to do is show off your awesome pictures to your friends! You'll be supplied with Rep Cards and with each referral you'll earn print credits (see below).
The ideal Senior Rep is a fun, outgoing, well liked student who has an amazing personality. The camera should be like your bff! I want you to be YOU in front of it.
As a Senior Rep you will receive the following
-Free 2 hour outdoor photo session with unlimited wardrobe changes.
-1 free yearbook image
-8-10 watermarked digital images to show off on your facebook page, or any other social media sites.
-A personalized profile picture and timeline cover photo for facebook.
-Lots and lots of gorgeous images from your session to choose from on your own online gallery.
-50 personalized rep cards with your images to help promote MelRae Photography & Designs
-$20 print credit
-Print Credit for each referral
What are Senior Rep Cards?
Think of them like your own business cards. They will have your image and my information as well as an incentive to encourage your friends to book their session with me. Your friends must bring your card to their session in order to get the special offer shown on the card.
For each referral that presents your Rep Card with a booked and paid photography session, you will receive print credits.* There is no limit on the amount of credits you can receive. You can continue to accumulate print credits until October 30th, 2012
*Credits will only be issued when the referred clients' session is complete and all fees have been paid.
Requirements/Responsibilities of a Senior Rep?
-Current high school junior, class of 2013.
-Have great style, lots of personality and enjoy being in front of the camera.
-Be available to have first session completed by June 30, 2012
-Must be outgoing and willing to tell anyone that will listen how amazing MelRae Photography is, encouraging them to choose MelRae Photography for their own senior portraits!
-Advertise my work/name on Facebook and other social media sites.
-Pass out your Senior Rep Cards to your classmates and friends!
-You agree to represent MelRae Photography & Designs 'exclusively' for the 2012/2013 school year.
-Before you can become an official Senior Rep you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. Once you have filled out the application and if you are selected as a representative, an in-person consultation with at least one of your parents or guardians is a must! We will discuss what you'll be getting for participating, what is expected of you, and that we are all generally on the same page. A contract, and model release form will be signed at this time as well.
-Must be AWESOME! :)
Important Dates
-Application Deadline: May 15th, 2012
-Senior Rep chosen and notified on: May 16, 2012
-First session by: June 30, 2012
-Received Rep Cards: July 5, 2012
-Deadline to receive Rep Cards: October 30, 2012
How do I get chosen?
Fill out the application and tell me all about yourself. The more your personality comes through, the more it helps. Maybe even tell me WHY YOU want to be my Senior Rep! My decision isn't based on the number of activities and clubs you're involved in. I am just looking for someone who is outgoing, and will to work hard as my Senior Representative. The more I get to know you, the more it helps you stand out from the rest.
